My love for medicine started in my mother's kitchen. We grew up drinking golden milk and eating spices. She didn't rely heavily on medications; she focused on the food she fed us.

Her form of kitchen medicine inspired me in so many ways and lead me to pursue a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University. During my studies I was drawn to learn as much as I could about plants and their unique medicinal properties. Bastyr is where I found my connection to the plant world. After graduating, I pursued a career in formulation and medical affairs, this led to me to some of the most respected brands in this industry including: Metagenics, care/of and ARMRA.

In the last decade, I’ve worked alongside numerous DTC and CPG brands that have launched best selling products. As a formulator, physician and scientific communications expert, I will help your team formulate a scientifically sound, benefits driven finished product that complies with US regulatory and safety guidelines and exceeds the expectations of your customers. In addition to formulation work, I will provide market insights, competitor analysis and source raw materials for your finished product.
